Brian Theodore Tyler (born May 8, 1972) is an American composer, bandleader, arranger, and record producer best known for his film, television, and video game soundtracks.During his 24-year career, Tyler wrote the music for seven parts of Fast & The Furious Series, Rambo, Eagle Eye, The Expendables Trilogy, Iron Man 3, Now You See Me, Avengers: Age of Ultron Starring Danny Elfman, Crazy Rich Asians, and Super Mario Bros. Also, the latest Universal Pictures Remastered, originally composed by Jerry Goldsmith, for Universal PicturesIssue039; 100th Anniversary which debuted with The Lorax (2012).
He composed the logo for Marvel Studios in2013-2016, which debuted in Thor: The Dark World (2013), for which he also composed the film music. He composed the NFL Sunday Countdown theme for ESPN and the Formula 1 theme (also used for Formula 2 and Formula 3). He is also the composer of the sound tracks for many television series including Yellowstone. He won the 2014 IFMCA Composer of the Year Awards for his work as a film composer
His composition for Last Call earned him the first of three Emmy nominations, a gold record, and acceptance into the music department of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences. As of November 2017, his films had grossed $12 billion worldwide, making him one of the ten highest-grossing film composers of all time.

Film composer Brian Tyler spoke about the music he created for the film,which
premiered on April 5, 2023. Tyler said he included at least one hundred
and thirty references to various video games based on Mario Movie in
his Super Mario sound track.Brothers.When asked about the Super Mario
Bros. soundtrack, the composer is quick to match the game’s original
composer, Koji Kondo, with John Williams’ work on E.T. The
Extra-Terrestrial and Close Encounters and Jerry Goldsmith compositions
for the Rambo films and electronic music of the 80’s.
As revealed by the musician that he has seen the work of Depeche Mode, a band whose music he describes as capturing a moment of ecstasy before an impending doom, so the latter was on his mind, when he composed the score for the film.
“I was influenced by the fact that ‘E.T.’ and ‘Donkey Kong’ came out in the same era, at least as I was playing it as a little kid,” said Tyler, sitting in a basement home studio flanked by an assortment of keyboards, including one of his childhood synthesizers.
“That’s what this is. I have that soaring, romantic big movie quality that I remember from that Steven Spielberg and John Williams stuff, but combined with this world of ‘Super Mario'” he added.
Tyler spoke about his musical ambitions for the film, saying “I want this score to be my ‘E.T.’”
The Super Mario Bros. Movie is a 2023 American computer-animated adventure film based on Nintendo’s Mario video game franchise.
It follows plumber brothers Mario and Luigi, who are sucked into a magical portal where they meet iconic characters Princess Peach played by Taylor-Joy, Bowser played by Black, Toad played by Key, and Donkey Kong played by Seth Rogan.
Mario, with the help of Princess Peach and Toad, try to stop Bowser from taking over the world and save Luigi.
The Super Mario Bros. Movie has attracted praises from both fans and the critics since its release.
